NUTRITIONAL FUNCTION

Use for weakness of the parenchymatous organs, especially of the lungs, frequently characterized by weakness of the back, nocturnal perspiration, sensitivity to colds, disturbances of the blood circulation (cold feet), lack of appetite, paleness and limpid aspect of the face, following loss of blood.

Two groups of remedies are contained in this complex. The one group exerts its influence on the bronchial mucous membranes and the other group, consisting of constitutional remedies, are of benefit to the asthenic as well as the phlegmatic factors. In this way it is possible to reduce the susceptibility to tuberculosis and to reduce any existing infection by way of stimulating the endogenous immune response.

Arsen. iod. is a tonic which stimulates the appetite.

 

Calc. carb. Hahnem. has a recalcifying effect and eliminates excess water in the tissues.

Lycopodium increases activity of the liver, stimulates the appetite and facilitates the detoxicating function of the liver.

Phosphor. is specific in pulmonary diseases, pneumonia and tuberculous affections of the lungs.

 

Silicea recalcifies the scirrhous pulmonary focal center.

 

Teucrium Scorodonia is specific in tuberculous diseases of the lungs.

Eucalyptus helps asthma, palpitations, bronchitis, whooping cough, and functions as a stimulating expectorant.
