Potentilla ans. relieves spasms of various kinds, including cramps in calf muscles.

Secale corn. relieves numbness and paresthesia in the limbs, cramps with the sensation of coldness or absence of any sensation.

Tabacum aids cramps in all limbs accompanied by weakness and formication.

Veratrum is effective for sensations of coldness throughout the entire body, cramps in calf muscles and numbness and absence of any sensations.
