Bryonia acts on the pulmonary tissues, helping with pneumonia after the onset of perspiration, pleurisy with effusion and pleuropneumonia.

 

Cimicifuga aids pleurodynia, especially of the right side which occurs mainly in women.

 

Colocynthis influences the nervous system, and is effective for pleurisy.

 

Sodium sulf. is the chief remedy in hydrogenoid constitution and helps with catarrh of the chest.

 

Ranunculus bulb. relieves intercostal rheumatism, sharp pains in the chest.

Menthol acts on the mucous membranes. It relieves nasal catarrh, eustachian catarrh, pharyngitis, laryngitis, and neuralgia.
